There are no "good" signs, other than not being shown the door half way through the interview.

If you did your best, then send a "thank you" note to the interviewer, and follow up at the right time. Usually this means 3 - 7 days, depending on the job that you are interviewing with.

Good Luck

If it has gone well then you will be offered the job there and then. They will delve deeper into your needs in the job and start to negotiate them so that they can be introduced in the formal letter of offer. If there are more to interview after you then they will suggest that you are certainly the one but need to see the others. They might ask you to wait while the other interviews are dealt with. If you are asked to meet another member of the management while you are there and maybe shown where you would be working.

The only sure-fire one is that you get the job. I've had all the signals and not got the job, and equally not had any signs and got the job. It depends on the interviewers.

My best indication is being offered the position near the conclusion of the interview, whic is my standard result. The only time I've had to attend a second interview was to meet the company prez or VP. Finding employment hasn't been a prb for me for over 13 yrs because, strange as it may seem to some, I ask God where He wants me and then pay attention.

You kinda just know inside... Usually the interviewer brings up something personal that they've noticed in the interview and we end up chatting like old mates...but in a professional way... I usually end up getting these jobs..

Good luck

a job offer is the most obvious

otherwise it is hard to tell- you could think it went great and might never get a call or you can think it went pretty bad and they might call- I've had it go both ways so the best thing to do is wait a few days and check back with them to show you are interested.

no longer unavoidably. maximum reliable employers, would have 3-4 applicants to interview for specialist positions. you could tell if the interview went undesirable, yet no longer frequently comprehend if it went nicely. If actually everyone looks qualified, the agency gained't tip their hand in case the guy they make the first grant to turns it down. My wager is you met the aims of being qualified and installation in with the crew. yet, the different interviewees would, too.

One of the best signs is when the interviewer announces he/she wants you to meet someone.

If this occurs, you have the job!

I've had people tell me that they would contact me for a second interview...they never did. Don't believe any smiles and promises. It they don't call you again, guess what? It didn't go well.
