I would predict they do play in Columbus the only stipulation I think is that you don't play on your home court or one you played like 3 home games at. Since Nationwide is the home of the Blue Jackets Hockey and not the home of the Buckeyes I think they can play there:
Nationwide Arena
Columbus, Ohio
Host: The Ohio State University
Ticket info: SOLD OUT
Web site: www.ohiostatebuckeyes.com
If I'm wrong about that they Rupp Arean in Kentucky will be the second most likely site.

The first answer was not accurate, he said Ohio State would play a number 8 seed.
Ohio State would play a number 16 seed, assuming that Ohio State goes on to be a number one seed.
In answer to your question, the selection commitee is funny about where they put certain teams. It's like it changes from year to year, depending on what kind of mood the commitee is in. So, they could end up choosing any one of 4 regions to put Ohio State in.
The coach Thad Matta has averaged 25 wins per year for six years with Ohio State, so, they are really getting to be a college basketball powerhouse, even though they haven't done well in the NCAA tournament. But with a number one seed, they shouldn't have a problem getting past the number 16 seed.
Although, if you are superstitious, you may want to keep in mind something. This basketball season, there have been 5 basketball teams that have had 17-game winning streaks ( 1 professional team, 3 men's college teams, and 1 women's college team ). All five of those teams lost in their next game! ....
... Here's the ironic twist about that, for Ohio State. If Ohio State wins their game on Saturday against Michigan, and then if Ohio State goes on to win their 3 games in the Big Ten Conference Tournament ( they'll have a first-round bye ), they would then head into the NCAA tournament with a 17-game winning streak of their own! Hopefully they won't suffer the same fate as those other 5 teams earlier in the season. Because, if Ohio State did lose that first-round NCAA tournament game, they would be the first number 1 seed to ever lose to a number 16 seed! If that happened, they would never live it down!

The registry purely lists the folk who've been caught. purely a million in 25 circumstances of sexual abuse are ever mentioned. meaning for each individual residing close to you on the registry, multiply that by potential of 25. This checklist additionally would not delineate the version between somebody who urinated in public, became a Romeo and Juliet case, streaked, became sexted by potential of a teenager, or became framed for downloading baby porn which may well be a %of a 17 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous. The registry expenditures tax payers over $600,000,000 according to 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. do not click it. It purely validates its worthlessness. Sandusky wasn't on the registry. Ariel Castro wasn't on the registry. Did it shield any of their sufferers?

Well Ohio State will be ranked #1, so they will play an #16 seed. Other than that, your guess is as good as mine. It is up to the selection committee to fill out the brackets.

Since your asking where no who they will be playing, My guess would be that they will be in the St. Louis bracket and their first two rounds will be played somewhere that is in driving distance from colombus. They have not let that info of first round games out yet so it's anybodys guess.

OSU will be playing in Rupp Arena in Lexington, KY. I'm about 99% sure of that b/c that is the closest site to them, other than the one in Columbus but they can't play in their own city.
