My virus protector found a trojan in my netcmd system 32 file. It for some reason deleted the whole file. I got another one put it in my system 32 and have since been trying to open it. Even with my scanners and virus protectors off it wont open and run. I unblocked it. It disappears when I click to open or run it, and when I start my pc I still get the error message the netcmd file can't be found. Does anyone know how to open or run this file?

You do not state the antivirus systems you are running. Go to CNET and look for free downloads. Once there run AdAware and Spy Bot. Load in both AVG and AntiVir.
The later two provide full time protection and can be set to operate full scans on a daily basis. My AVG runs automatic each morning at 6am; my AntiVir runs at noon. They update each day and are easy to use.
The system error you are finding was detected by my AVG, however, AVG did nothing but detect it. The AntiVir not only eliminated it but provides constant protection from such activity. My wife constantly uses our unit for video music downloads and that has been the source of our problems. These two programs, combined, have eliminated the problem and allowed her to come home at night and listen to her heart's content. Good Luck.
