My virus problem found a trojan in my netcmd system 32 file. It for some reason deleted the whole file. I got another one put it in my system 32 and have since been trying to open it. Even with my scanners and virus protectors off it wont open and run. I unblocked it. It disappears when I click to open or run it, and when I start my pc I still get the error message the netcmd file can't be found. Does anyone know how to open or run this file?

Scan for Issues with CCleaner to remove that error, that file is a virus and should not be on your computer.
