It's Kazoo, and the plastic ones suck. If they have a choice where you are, get a metal one. And when the wax paper breaks its super easy to make a new one. I used to carry one in my purse for singing in the car!

You can probably get a brass or tin kazoo at Cracker Barrel. They sell all kinds of old timey play things like that.

Kazoo...what about it? you hum into it and it vibrates a screen causing sound emisions...
