My best friend has this boyfriend that fight all the time and always make up all the time. She always wants him to come over but her parents wont let them in the house alone together so she makes me come over with them. Usually i dont mind helping but they always make me go and watch for someone to get home. If i got to do that for three hours i rather go home. I tryed telling her that i dont like doing that but she is one to always whine and get her way(usually says,"i must be a bad person and no body likes me")which will make me feel bad. How do i let her know that i really dont want to do things like that against my will without losing my best friend? PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Hello! Wake up call. It sounds like you have already lost your best friend. Although she sure does'nt sound like a best friend, since she calls you names and tries to make you feel bad if you don't do what she wants. It sounds like she is the whiner. It may be hard at first, but you should just move on, don't let people use you, if you don't want to do something , don't. You will find more friends Sweety. Real friends.

This is your best friend? She is hardly a friend if she tries to emotionally blackmail you into doing things you do not want to do. Next time, just tell her no, and tell her why. If she has a problem with it, perhaps she isn't the friend you think she is.
And if she has a boyfriend, then her "nobody likes me" line doesn't work, does it?
