can anyone tell me if apple-mac computers can open up a winzip file. THANK YOU :)... if not is there a program to extract it

Aladdin Software makes the WinZip comparable Apple Software titled Stuffit. It works.

i think so. at least, i have a pc and my husband has an apple and we trade zip files all the time; he does have a special zip disk attachment; that way, you save the zip files to the disk, then put the disk into this piece of equip and it automatically puts them onto your computer. but anyhow, if it can do that, then i'd assume it could open other zip files that you get some other way.

Try it with unarchiver, I've read that it's better than StuffIt
