At first it doesn't matter in the slightest which foot gets which shoe (unless you put the shoes on and for some reason they don't fit, then try them the other way, some brands seem to actually make shoes for both the left and right feet). After you wear your shoes a few times, you'll see that they have formed to your feet and that they are molded in the shape of your foot (either that, or you'll have accumulated so much dirt from the floor on your shoes that they will be darker by the big toe). Then you want to keep putting them on the same feet for maximum comfort. or you can just label the inside of the shoes left and right with a pen if you don't feel like sitting around determining if the dirt on the bottom of your shoes is under your big toe or not. ;]

It doesn't matter. As long as the shoe is comfortable on your foot, it is on the correct foot. Leather or canvas ballet shoes form to your foot fast, whereas pointe shoes take longer. Hope this helps!

Nope. It doesn't matter. Usually people end up wearing the same shoe over and over again so it eventually shapes to the foot. (What helped me when I first started point, was to write Left or Right on the bottom of the shoe, but its not necessary).

it really doesnt matter what foot a shoe goes on when you first buy them. you can just pick whichever one feels the most comfortable to you. however, after a while, the shoe will start to kind of mold to your foot, so my best advice is to write an "R" and and "L" in the inside heel of the shoe to remember. it works for me.

When you first buy them it does not matter. Decide which one feels more confortable on which foot and go with it. As you wear them more the shoes will form to your feet. Just remember which one you wore on which foot and then you will be fine.

Doesn't matter -- when I was starting I was told to switch them so they wouldn't completely mold to one specific foot -- this way they'd break evenly.

When they are new, it doesn't matter. As you wear them for a while, they will shape to your right and left feet a bit.
