are you sure you're in a private league. Yahoo! is the commissioner for all public leagues...if you're in a private league, click on Managers from within the league....the commish with have the 8 sign....if no one has that, then you're in a public league...

under the league tab you should be able to click "managers" and if they have allowed other to see their email address you should be able to e-mail him or her that way.
Otherwise you can just post a new topic to the whole league and as the commissioner he's bound to see it,.
