Go to the Limited Too for kids is wonderful. JcPenny has the most adorable clothes for great prices. If you are on a budget try WalMart the MaryKate and Ashley line makes me wish I was that age again so I could wear the clothes.

I would go to Limited Too, The Gap, and Target. Also look at Goodwill for some cute accesories.

it think if you want her to look fashionable and cute at the same time the best places to shop are abercrombie and holister. when i was 10 those were my favorite places to shop and even though i m 16 now i still shop there.

justice has some very cute clothes, i'm actually 15, and got this black and white polka dotted knee lenth skirt from there. they have really super cute cloths
allso try likited too,or gap for kids. have fun1!!!
