I mean if you know the times where you usually blush.. when that time comes again why's it so hard to relax and not think about that fact?

relax, breathe and think about not blushing. If you visualiaze yourself not blushing, you won't!
You blush because you panic and the blood rushes in your body. By keeping clam youll stop it :)

Nothing holding me back, If I blush, people say my face gets beat red and my ears are on fire. HAHA, I just gotta walk away or take a breather.

if you dont want to blush all you have to do is act like you are not interested. boys r always doing that to me so i just play hard to get.

you can't prevent it, it's a natural occurrence, and yes black, brown and yellow people blush, it's a natural occurrence when blood rushes to your face.
