Maybe if someones dumb enough to pay you to tell him/her. But once you tell a few people, if its that good, eventually it will get out.

You could tell the Company and get a License Share, but don't bet on it.
In Germany we have a cleaning Substance that makes Blood glow under Blacklight with a few other ingredients, but it's company went broke and it's production has been ceased..
So the Police is bunkering Tons of that Stuff!

You CANNOT! get a patent for a new use of someone else's product.
Your product has to be unique....a new application (like using shoe polish as a stain...just making one up) isn't a new invention at all.
Sure you can make money off it...if it's a unique service.

stone (above) is not completely correct, you should get a lawyer/businessman that will hear your idea under atty/client priv. and then can help you monetize in some fashion, what state are you in
