What we are doing now is perfect. We sure don't want to drag it over here, and we can't just stop because then they will continue to do more attacks like 9/11. Anyone who is against the war is blind, they don't see that the reason they have the FREEDOM to say they are against the war, is because our solders are over in war fighting for that freedom. Another thing, the only reason they haven't come back to bomb us is because of what a good job we are doing over there! Go ahead and thumbs down me if you disagree, I don't give a $hit, because I am enlisting in the Army, and I will be going over there to protect your freedom to thumbs down whoever the hell you want.

Well im guessing you think that being over there somehow prevents them from bombing over here... hmmm may want to rethink that one. And it is my personal belief that none of us know the half of what is going on in the war. That is why the twin towers were bombed in the first place and who actually was behind it all.. Lets
but to answer your question more dirrectly, if it is your belief that if americans pulled out more bombings would happen then of course not thats a no brainer, but I would think there is a higher chance of more bombings if you don't

I think the terrorist won what they set out to accomplish, they have certainly destroyed our peace of mind and took away most of our FREEDOM!!! Go buy spray paint, put it in a back pack and try to get on an airplane, huh. Stand on a street corner and protest against the government. Smoke a cigar in a public place like say...a resturant. Ride down the road not wearing a seatbelt with the radio too loud. Sit on a blanket in Central Park with a picknick basket and smoke pot with a friend while singing rock songs. Grow long hair and wear tiedye t-shirts. People, you are just as much at fault as Al-Quida or any other terrorist group. Remember, you allow the terrorist to make the laws we live by.

When have we ever fought them here? When have they ever threatened to fight us here? Who, besides the lying terrorist regime residing in DC, has ever said that they would come here? Who would come here, the regional tribesmen who ride around in the back of old Toyota pickups?
Our own government has openly supported propaganda schemes. Our own government has been caught planting fake news stories in our media. Yet for some reason you choose to believe them when they tell you that the cavemen (as Bush himself has described them) will somehow follow us over here if we do not continue his campaign for global domination.
Before you continue to support our expanding emperialism, take a look throughout history and see what has happened to every single empire that has tried to conquer the world.

No, but many do. Not many live rather close to the Pentagon, have a brother in the service. Anyone who died over there and in other wars would have died in vain. I see I have two negatives when I had written "No but many do"
I live on the east coast, one of the planes of 9/11 flew over our county on that peaceful day, one of my cousins was in the Towers.
I don't want that to happen again. If we do not have a good offense, we will have to only rely on our defense and I am not to confident in that strategy at all.
Adding to this: Now I have three thumbs down, because people don't like my opinion and what happened. If Clinton would have had a better offense than what he had, instead of dealing with his extra-curricular activities it is quite possible that 9/11 wouldn't have happened.

Pull out and defend our borders. Who/What are we fighting over there anyway? We are - right now - in threat of terrorist attack according to the news. If we brought our people home - how would that change? Why do our people have to go there and be hurt/killed? For what? I really want to know, for what are those kids dying for??

I'm a little foggy on how us "fighting them over there" keeps "them" from coming over here. Who are "they"? What EXACTLY keeps "them" from coming over here? It sounds like a lot of smoke and mirrors to me. Do YOU even understand how this "strategy" is supposed to work? Did "they" sign something agreeing to not come over here as long as we stay over there? It's all so . . . vague.

So are you comparing this to a basketball game? Home or away?
Your theory is that all of those mean evil terrorists over there simply can't go online to travelocity.com and book tickets to New York?
I'm pretty sure that our troop presence in Iraq isn't hampering the radical terrorists movement worldwide.
It's doing just the opposite it helps and increase the number of radicals who want to kill us...

Well, since conservatives freely admit that we're not fighting an organized army, I'm curious as to how you think they're going to come over here and fight us.
