Both are different paths to 'knowledge'.
Science is 'objective' while philosophy is 'subjective' (including 'objectivism').
Science produces knowledge though proofs - either theoretical or experimental.
Philosophy produces knowledge though subjective perception of the world of an individual. It is ultimately driven by logic. But the answer may be true or a contradiction.
In science there is no room for contradiction. That is why science is more practical and easy to understand when compared to philosophy.

Science is a method of determining facts. Philosophy is also a method of determining facts, but it deals in more abstract concepts. In some ways philosophy is a science because its focus is logic.

Science deals with attempting to prove facts, using a procedure called the Scientific Method. Philosophy deals with abstract thoughts that are often unprovable. I mean, what IS the meaning of life? You can't determine that with data and variables, but you also can't answer it directly.
Lastly, Wikipedia is NOT a source. Entertainment yes, source no. Anything that is editable by anyone can not be thought of as fact.

Philosophy(literally love for wisdom[2]) is a DESIRE to learn, desire to have knowledge. Science (used to be known as Natural Philosophy[2]) is ONE of the tools available to a philosopher in a pursuit of knowledge.

I agree to some extent - my only contention would be that Philosophy is what we want to know more about or at least need to figure out some more.
