We went to court two years ago and he has never paid . I also went through the attorney generals child support office but they have not done anything either. HELP! I have a two child support orders one through my local court and one through the attorney generals office.

Find a lawyer who specialized in child support. They AG office should be helping you. If he doesn't pay, they can garnish his wages, take his federal and state income tax return if he gets any, they can take away any profecssional liscences he may have, they can stop him from getting a passport. There's all kind of things they can do including putting him in jail. I would go back to the child support office and be very vocal about your problem but if they won't do anything, you should talk to a lawyer.

You definitely need to take him to court! Get a lawyer! Lots of States have laws about deadbeat dads! He could actually go to prison for not paying child support! Good Luck!

Inform the local district attorney and they should persue the matter on your behalf and also may charge him with contempt of court.

I never bothered with child support. I did me and mine. And you know what, it was better all the way around. In the end he suffered, trust me he did. I did not wish bad, but your higher power will work in your favor. I worked and went to school and the rewards kept coming. Don't stop working on you and growing, just keep it simple and inexpensive and you will still shine. Pray to you higher power and things will come to you. Just don't talk bad about the father to the children or deny them seeing him. He will SUFFER, trust me he will!!!

i think they should have a warrent out for his arrest because he did not pay child support call your local courthouse and tell them what is going on so they can look at the case
