So they cannot decide who the father of her child is, simple blood test, not the media. Where she is to be buried, that should be up to her family, not the media or courts. Leave her out of the media and just put her to rest, she did what she did who really cares, so what if she had many boy friends even she married millioniares for their money and probally was stepping out on him too. She is not the angel that the media would like you to think I do not feel sorry or bothered that she is gone.

She was a drug addict, and she married an old man for money and she did playboy and she had strange behaviour. Thats what got her attention from the media, and thats whats getting her attention now. She has a money hungry mother too and a weird lawyer, so the media and everyone else has jumped on this, so its all everyone has talked about. I wasnt a big fan, myself. Its funny how someone can do all these things and be so popular, even after dying. The sad thing is, theres a baby right in the middle of it.*

I don't know how some of you people can be so heartless, regardless of what she may or may not have done in life, she is gone and now her poor baby girl will live without a mother, and that's sad. i hope when you get close to the end of your life, you have people that care, like alot of the people who really cared for anna. i feel sorry for the way you think.

I think the whole story is tragic and Howard Stern should be brought up on drug charges. He is a typical shyster who cared nothing about Anna or her welfare. And you "should" care that someone behaves in such a horrible way toward another human being.....he fed her drugs while she was pregnant! Does it get much lower than this?

I hate to say it, but my sole consideration is her baby daughter and what will happen to her. Anna Nicole, or Vicki Lynn, whatever you want to call her was one messed up, unstable chick and I don't think her lawyer-wanna-be-boyfriend Howard K. Stern ever helped matters, but more likely, helped lead to her untimely death (and/or her 20 year old son's), whether unintentional or not.

The baby deserves better, regardless of its parentage!

well anna nicole smith was a very pretty lady even though she did some nasty things they should leave her alone already and let her rest in peace.

I think they just need to leave it alone... if they did, then there wouldn't be such a huge controversy about her baby. That's the only reason for the fight is for publicity! >.<

First of all, I don't believe anyone thought she was an angel. I don't think anyone has portrayed her that way. Regardless of your personal beliefs, you're talking about a woman who was both good and bad, as we all are, and she was loved by friends and family, as I hope you are, too.
