my period came back for months now. and i've been regular ever since. could breastfeeding cause you to have your period again for a few months then suddenly make it stop?

Yes. Breastfeeding can mess with your cycle.

yes ohh my I had that same thing happen. I was soo scared. I had my period regular when breastfeeding for a few months then it was like 2 and a half weeks late then it came. you might even skip some months and it be normal. breastfeeding is SOO great but has weird things happen like htat sometimes. good luck and great job

Absolutely. my sisters period were like that for over year even after she quit breastfeeding, and my baby is 10 months, im still breastfeeding, and i havent even gotten a period yet

breast feeding can cause your hormones to make your period non-existent or irregular. If you think you may be pregnant take a test- but it is very common for irregular periods during breast feeding.
