No, adultery is not allowed in Judaism.
Affairs (of either the husband or the wife) are a good cause for divorce, in the eye of the Torah.

Absolutely not!! The ten commandments forbid adultery. WAY BACK in the times of the Bible, if a man had multiple wives, this wasn't considered adultery. You have to remember, women had no way to "make a living" and were dependent on men for this. So, if there were more women around then men, it was a practical matter of "needing a man." Luckily, we've come a long way! In the Rabbinic times (500 years ago maybe? I'm not a dates person) the Rabbis changed this, saying that a man could only marry one woman, and extramarital affairs were considered adultery - thus not allowed. (An interesting side note - Judaism teaches that you can break any of the 613 commandments except for 3 in order to save a life. The three are the prohibition against idol worship, prohibition against murder, and the prohibition against adultery and other sexual indiscretions (i.e. incest)).
Hope that answers your question. You can rest assured that Judaism definitely does not allow affairs - even for the husband.
If you have more questions, don't hesitate to take them to your Rabbi! They may be better able to quote the actual source.
Mazel Tov on your recent conversion and marriage!

You don't need a Jewish teaching to know that an affair is wrong. If any religion teaches that it's ok, that's something you should openly disagree with and run the other way from.

The commandments say do not commit adultery. These are found in the old testament so that is Jewish Law as well as law for all believers. If men cheat and the woman turns her head it is because she has less respect for herself than the man has.Don't ever let any one mistreat you and try to convince you it's OK with God,don't even put that false hood on God,His laws are clear.

Affairs need no religious laws! I don't think Judaism or any other religion approves it! Nuances of affairs? God! You must be joking!

Yes, it's okay for Jewish men to sleep with shiksa girls. As we all know, Gentiles are subhuman compared to Jews.
