What a fantastic idea. The Irish have (hic) contributed sooooo much to this great land of ours and it's (hic) high time they got recognition for it. Besides, (hic) I love the little men all dressed in green and their impish ways. Pass another (hic) pint of Guiness please.

Ireland is a small country it does'nt get a whole month like the entire continent of Africa, There could be an Irish history week, like 3/10-3/17. but the Irish stereotype is something you can only make a few jokes about, so we could'nt do a whole month. e.g. Why did'nt they ever name a whisky after England?
