Many japanese people i've talked to say they hate their country and will move to another country. It's funny cause on the other hand you have these japan-obsessed americans or europeans or whatever, who think japan is heaven.

Americans get obsessed with Japan because it's a different culture. It's not the one they see splashed across the movie screens or trumped up in Anime cartoons. It's very much like the one we have..
Except overcrowded, less clean, more crime, less health concern (in some areas) and way less control (in a bad way).
I think anyone in the US that is so hell-bent on talking up Japan should move there.

I've been there and wasn't at all impressed... Anyone that's been in any foreign countries for any length of time knows how the legal systems are broken, how politics are corrupt and how very very different life is there.. vs. in the good old USA!
I wouldn't live anywhere else!
