Do a chart on ovulation. Take your temp with a rectal thermometer before you get out of bed, and record the temp. When it changes from the norm, usually about 9 to 13 days after your period, (and sometimes with a little pain in one ovary). I believe it's about 48 hours that you have then to have sex and hope that it works. Best thing to do other than that is totally relax.

Make sure to reach climax at the same time. Try not to make it a chore. Relax. Don't stress. Make sure you are within the average height/weight range. Being under or overweight can be an obstacle to getting pregnant.

Pray. That's the way I finally got pregnant. Yeah, sex too.
Two weeks after your period, when your temperature is slightly elevated. Gravity definately helps. Head lower than your rear. Stay there a while, during and after.
Good luck!!

Hehe sex...like it. Eat lots of fruit and veg, drink water. RELAX! v important. Aparently a huge amount of people get pregnant on holiday...this is because they're away from the stress of their usual lives xx

Find out your most fertile days...If you're on a reg. 28 day cycle then have sex 10 days from the first day of your period. Keep having sex for about 6 days...Obviously he has to "do his thang" inside you for it to work best.
10 days after you have your cycle your msot fertile...and about day 14 (after the first day of your period) you ovulate...when he "does that thing" dont go pee and push it out lay down

Natural Family Planning...it's about monitoring your cycle and getting to know your body. NFP helps you understand your body's natural signs and symptoms so you can learn when you are most fertile (most likely to get pregnant) each month. it works for both preventing pregnancy and getting pregnant. check it out at http://ccli.org/nfp/index.php
