Iam over 50 with over 30 years in avition .I was laid off during the strick at NORTHWEST AIRLINES. And ever since i have tring to get back into aviation with no luck . I have all kinds of training and accomadations ,in the service and stll no one has a place for some one of my skills. Can it be to late for me now Ilike to think not.

unfortunately, age discrimination is still a big thing. maybe try one of the smaller airlines who normally don't attract the best talent who have your level of experience?

Unfortunately that is the way things are, employers says the right things, like there is no age discriminationion in their hiring practices, but in reality it exists big time.
