any body help me , what is the best tip all of u used , to have a great and sweet sleep ... i am not having a great sleep at all , y , i dont know , should i bath before sleeping , hot bath i mean ...

hello actually so many people have the same problem as urs, hope my suggession will help u , try to think positive first, try not to think anything which made u upset, make urself comfortable, if u 've any problem then try to discuss ur problem who is ur well wisher or who is near to u, so that they can suggest u something, don't think that by telling ur problem to anybody he/she will be tensed or u r troubling them, rather tghey will be happy as u make them special in ur life, so that u r asking for any suggession, before solving any problem.

do ur daily activities, if u can have time then go to any park & sit for some time, look for those beautiful flower & those innocent birds & listen their voice.try to mix with nature. as u can feel the flower is going to die within few days but still it is blowing this way & that way and always attract people.so don't tensed, as life is like a stage & we need to perform our role in evry way, in our initial life we spent our life as a kid, then young age, then the working age & lastly the retire age, in all age we need to perform our best.Try to make friendship & be free and help others so that u can think that today u've done some good thing, it will make ur mind happy,& u can sleep well. all the best friend.try, i hope u'll get the result, or u can read books, any story books or anything in which u've inetest or else try to read simply the newspaper.

i always have a problem sleeping. I am thinking that what works for one person may not work for everyone, but i usually have a beer or 2 and then take have a sleeping pill, worth 25mg, so not much, and then you have to learn to let the pill do it's job. The reason i take have a pill is because i have noticed that a whole pill isn't even necessary most nights. All the pill does is put that part in your brain that works over time thinking and worrying about things, kind of to sleep. It makes that part lazy. I try not to move too much, where i use to fix my shirt and move and toss and turn, and think about work and think about people. Now i just pop in a movie, and a pill, and i never get to finish the movie. Then my husband comes in and turns off the t.v.. I always wake up good to go, and i feel very refreshed, but i don't take a pill every night now,and i don't have a drink to go to bed every night or anything anymore.

Avoid beverages with caffeine, Don't eat 2 hours before bedtime. Take a hot bath. Read a book. Also being active in the daytime helps. Go for a jog or walk after dinner. Buy some Sleppytime Tea by Celestial Seasonings at your local supermarket. Happy ZZZZZZ's!!!!

Try taking a hot bath after having food. Better have food which includes lots of cooked garlic and sour curd in it. Take rajbhog which contains a dash of nutmeg powder on it. All the above induce sleep.

No caffiene, no liquids, no food, no stressful activities before even thinking about going to sleep. Start relaxing a couple hours before bedtime, try reading a book or magazine. Oh, and no TV in the bedroom.

3 things help me to sleep well.

1. no tea or coffee in the evenings.
2.dark room, or a dark cloth band on the eyes.
3.If u sleep in the afternoons dont go to bed till 11 pm atleast. or else go to bed by 9.30pm.
(sleepng for 6-8 hours a day is very essential, for every body)
Some people go off to sleep easily, reciting prayers.

A good hot soak in the bath, helps and a hot milky drink :)zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz sweet dreams.

make you mind free of all tensions before sleep;
treat any phsical or mental illness if u have as that also disturbs sleep;
avoid taking too much of caffine or other beverages specially before sleep;
wash your feet before sleeping;
consult a phamacologist if u are taking any kinds of medicines as certain medicines or drugs also interfare with your normal sleep cycle;
change the place where u sleep and also make yor bed more comfortable before sleeping;
try fixing out your time of sleeping;
practice yoga and meditation regularly.

milk (it contains a substance which helps to induce sleep)
do not exercise or do too much before going to bad
a boring book (there are many out there)

wake up early in mornin, stress in noon, bath in evenin again, good sleep in night.. dont sleep more than 7hours..
