Looks like I'm the 7th paragragh down. Red use to come to the military base ( Camp Pendleton) at the officers club and talk real bad about white folks of course then his audience was 90% white because black soldiers weren't allowed to go there. that never stopped Red,I really think thats where he coined the phrase "YOUBIG DUMMY!!!" He stood up to prejudice like we all should today when our brothers put one down because of a difference.

Hey, this,is an interactive site. if sincerity was at least tangentially touched upon, perhaps you may have gotten your six paragraphs, however do not dictate. Redd Foxx was was a comedian--one of the greatest. A predecessor to Richard Pryor, in the Caroll O'Connor/Don Rickell mode, in my op ion. He played with stereotypes and in the best of comedy made all examine ourselves. Incidental, his Vegas lounge act was totally raw and totally hysterical. Perhaps your 6 paragraph need was just a rush of expediency, just take alittle time to research your subject, especially one of the greats of comedy. Obviously, you have a computer let's hope you have Cable. Check out Sanford & Son, Redd Restrained, still great. I will concede that this may be an honest approach to collect biograghy,, but a 6 paragraph demand unreasonable and disrespectful. The man was great, do not demand: request from his fans, respect the man. Or go see him(back in the day) in Las Vegas (Cable) and perhaps you will see your argonance. If you don't Redd Foxx will point it out to you. We will laugh.

I won't follow your guidelines, but I can tell you Redd Foxx was a comedian/actor and one of the funniest guys ever! He's famous fort he Sanford & Son show, where he'd fake heart attacks, call his son "dummy" and makes fun of Aunt Esther! Hilarious!
