the curry - cos its highly unlikely that there is any chicken in it - more likely cat

The omelet was first when a farmers' wife broke the yolk on his over easy eggs. She threw in some ingredients and "I invented this new egg dish, Dear, just for you.
Over time new meals popped up due to mistakes but the egg came first, this time. The chicken after the egg.

hmmmm am guessing omelet.........
chicken curry needs lots of spices which must have been invented/discovered pretty late..

omelet cos anything chucked in a pan is basically an omelette. a curry a bit more refined. so refinement came later
