The last I heard, they hadn't even decided WHERE to bury him yet, so he's not in the ground.

On December 25, 2006, Brown died at approximately 1:45 a.m. (06:45 UTC) from congestive heart failure resulting from complications of pneumonia, with his agent Frank Copsidas and his friend Charles Bobbit at his bedside.
According to Bobbit, Brown uttered "I'm going away tonight," and then Brown took three, long quiet breaths and closed his eyes.
Brown still has not been buried, as of 28 February 2007.

No - his body is still awaiting completion of his mausoleum; completion of DNA tests for claims of paternity made by other women inclusive of his 'wife'.
His body has been sealed and preserved and is not subject to decay anytime soon [he HAS been embalmed]

If he hasn't been buried, his body would be horribly decayed by now.
