To be fair is to deal with people fairly, not treat others better because they are in a higher pedestal in society etc. Treat all people equally and you'll be regarded as fair.
Now to look good you need to be cheerful and smile at all people, be friendly and always be ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. Also, abide by the golden rule, don't do bad things to other people. If you do all that, people will say you look good, you are a good person and not a bad person.

You looks goo d in your present appearance. Fair is not the colour you need, colourful life.

Use milk for cleansing ur face daily.
use lemon and face packs(kheera,almond sandal,ubtan,etc) to become more fairer.
