I'm a little worried as I need to fill my tank (in SE England) to make a 7 hour journey tomorrow, and don't want to end up stranded in the wilds of the West Country with a broken down engine.
Do the smaller Corsas even have an oxygen sensor (which seems to be the problem the 'rogue' petrol is causing)?
Opinions or advice by mechanics or Corsa owners would be most useful!

On the news it appears to have affected far less people than originally thought, and Corsa's don;t have the spohisticated sensors that have caused problems anyway. Go to the Vauxhall site for further details.

I consider hugh. I surely have a a million.0 12v corsa, and function had to have 2 new timing chain assemblies put in. They have been the two below warrenty, yet might have fee £3 hundred + each and every time. a speedy thank you to envision, is to look on the oil. in case you pull out the dip stick and learn it for the smallest debris of steel, they your chain is at fault. i might get this checked right now by potential of a vauxhall storage, as though the chain fails the wear may well be lots worse !!!

i would suggest you buy your fuel from BP as these are not having any problems at mo.
