i'm wondering how manny people in the world that like simpsons, how do you think the series/episodes effect your humor and your eye on a good life hehe. does simpsons or maby other series effect you? =)

Well in-spite of those who don't like the Simpsons and those who think they are nothing but mindless dribble I'll let you have your opinions.
As more me I find the Simpsons, American dad, Family guy and any other cartoon that is a political satire; in genius and very valuable.
You must know current events to get some of the Simpsons jokes & they provide me with a way to release my stress from that day and week.
So Kudos to all you Simpson's fans... And all U who aren't fans may the cartoon Gods have mercy on your souls. :}

I like the Simpsons, and for the record I do not smoke nor drink; I'm actually one of the smartest students at my school and skipped second grade. That said, The Simpsons, Family Guy, and American Dad, all shows I love, are mindless drivel. The jokes are cheap, the storylines can be random, yet when it comes down to it what do you really expect from a cartoon? I think all three are great shows for when you don't need a mental challenge and just want to laugh.

Simpsons is a stupid humour but everyone needs a laugh in life and yeah some ppl do repeats quotes my lil bro is forever telling me to "eat my shorts" but at the end of the day its a typical family yeah the stories are far fetched but thats whats makes the programme funny seriously if no one can have a laugh in todays world then what has this world come to?

Hey, I'm a first episode simpsons fan from germany, I guess one of the biggest, hehe... I love 'em, I wear socks , shirts 'n boxershorts... I dont watch that much tv, but my daily "simpsons-hour" is important, coz it totally hits my humor.... I love the things Homer is doin and I can see myself in Bart,.... and a lot of my friends are watchin the simpsons, too.... and in school there're regularly situations which we can compar to a simpsons episode.... So The Simpsons definitely effect us and of course me.

Simpsons is great. But all the simpsons laughs stay at the time i watch it. I don't carry the simpsons humor with me in my ddaily routine

I see it as a stress reliever and nothing more.
Is there truely an education aspect that comes from watching The Simpsons? Don't be like this family.

I used to watch the simpsons until Family guy came out! Hell yeah it'll effect you I find myself all the time making fart jokes or laughing just like peter to annoy people

Most people that do drugs and are alcoholis like the seires of the Simpsons. Number one it is because it is funny and number two it is even funnier when you are high. Simpsons is very popular to young kids but not for older adults who do not approve of their children watching it.
