The two of you are 24+ yr old adults not young teenagers. If she truly loves you she will marry you no matter what her parents have to say about it. If you didn't cheat on her then you really should find out if her parents are really saying these things about you or if she is just using them to swindle her way out of the relationship.Because if she truly loved you her parents would not be able to stop her from marring the man that she truly loves and wants to be with..
You will be marring her not her parents!
They have no say in this matter at all!
Good Luck

I think if you both each other. There's no problem between the two of you. Just compromise with her parents. Maybe they're not convinced that you love their daughter so much. You need to prove that you really love her.
If you're guilty that you cheated on her, do something so that her parents will forgive you.

Talk to her parents and assure them that you will not cheat on her. Also you will not do anything bad to upset her. You better mean it and also follow it. Clarify things maturly. Only if you believe in yourself will you be able to make them believe you.
If it still does not work, ask the girl to talk to her parents.
You could think of marrying without parent. I did.
Note: You love your girlfriend a lot. don't do anything to trouble her or spoil the relationship.

You are both adults. You can do what you want. The parents have no say in the matter. If they don't like it,they just have to deal with it.

you obviously destroyed her parents trusts in you from your past experiences... you have to build that trust back... don't be the one that ruins her relationship with her parents...
if you plan to eventualy have a tight close family relationship... you might want to wait until some trust is back and everyone is comfortable around one another before getting married...
you want everyone to be happy on the day you get married, don't you??

She have to live her own life tell her that! She is not a kid, her parents can not live her life or yours.
Another guy could come along and the parents like him more because of the way he presented himself to them and her. But he may abuse her in private.
did you cheat on her?

did u cheat on her? if they think that.. of course thats the reason, I wouldnt want my daughter to marry a cheater... i wouldnt want her to be hurt later on after a few kids.... and to be a single mother.... you got to be 100% SURE U WANT TO MARRY HER AND BE LOYAL AND FAITHFUL TO HER.. a marriage is a committment forever, when u argue... dont leave and sleep around..... u gotta be 100% committed! anyone can say they LOVE YOU... but after a while they only become words... ACTION speaks louder than words!~

are you from a culture that forbids marraige without consent of the parents? if not, then you are both free to do what you wish but don't expect help from her family. maybe some pre-marital counseling is in order here. you need to learn not to stray. perhaps if you put forth that effort you can get approval from her parents. b/c of your history, you'll have to prove yourself.

Dude she needs to cut the umbilical cord, and get married already! Her parents will eventually come around. If they don't want to come to the wedding,so be it. They'll regret it for the rest of their lives. Sounds like her parents need to grow up.
