Need help in career change?

Question

I live in an oil lamp and grant other people's wishes for my living. I
am rather tired of it. I would like to move to a house and do
something different. How can I achieve this?

Here's my suggestion. Tell the next person who rubs your lamp that you have a "win-win" proposition for them. You will grant one wish more than you usually would for them if they make a wish on your behalf.( Now I don't know if this sort of thing is allowed so you may want to check the Genie Union's Official Handbook. I think this information is around page 473 or so.)

Have the person make your wish first. Wish for a fantastic career change. You might want to do some internet research before making a final decison and I see you have a computer in the oil lamp, so this should not be a problem.

Make your wish, make the person's wishes and you're all set!

I was once a genie (Trinidad and Tobago Local Union 17). I am now a nuclear physicist in living in Malibu and loving life! Go for it!
