If they see terrorists behind them in the mirror, I think "bright" might be the wrong adjective to use.

Lets clarify this a bit. Not all conservatives are Republicans, and not all Republicans are true conservatives in the strictest sense. It’s important to realize this because true conservative ideology maintains an isolationist stance to foreign policy. Bush’s contrivances in the Middle East are hardly isolationist and are therefore hardly a reflection of traditional conservative ideology. That’s why true conservatives have about the same amount of disdain towards Bush and his policies as liberals do.
With that said the question should be rephrased as such: “Republican Supporters of Bush, do you see terrorists behind you when you look in the mirror?”
I am certainly not a Bush Republican, but I can surmise the more credulous among them, especially the multitude that live in Middle America, do believe wholeheartedly that there is a terrorist lurking around every bush (excuse the pun), around every corner, and they are all coming in through our porous border with Mexico.
The more politically savvy Republican, the type that probably is profiting off of some business venture in Iraq, don’t believe this but they know sustaining this myth will mean a longer stay in Iraq, which means greater financial prosperity for them.

If you mean do I see an extreme liberal? Yes, they are the worst terrorists, after all... And besides, I like BRIGHT YELLOW, it helps me feel sunny all over as I clean my .44 mag in preparation for the day when the Democratic Party takes over completely, and I have to defend my very home from the crooks/politicians/terrorists that run rampant in the streets.

What you consider to be the truth is just your sadly misinformed and twisted interpretation of reality. It's people that have your attitude that are the problem and not the people that you call conservatives. Try looking up the word conservative, too. It comes from the verb "to conserve": traditional in style or manner; avoiding novelty or showiness. In other words, sensible. Something that you apparently feel is unnecessary. I gave you a link. If you actually read you amy want to utilize it.

Only when there is a terrorist behind me. Of course I probbaly wouldn't need to use a mirror.
Generally when I look in a mirror all I see is a handsome bastard.

Unfortunately your so correct. Our covering up with an outward appearance of Godliness and Morality does not dispense the fear we will be caught and punished for our evil against mankind.
We love to label and mark everything , setting everything in a prison or a box of some sorts because we do not comprehend much and are afraid and paranoid.

Nope...not since we sent a giant boot into the middle east and kicked their ***.
The only way I'll see that is if the Democrats in the house and Senate cave in to their popularity image and cut funding for the conflict.

Nope I don't see them.
Do you think that after 9/11 was their only shot on us and they will never every attack us again if we do nothing.
I am not in fear of Muslim terrrorists I am aware and they need to be dealt with as soon as possible.
Or do you want to see more buildings crash to the ground.
