try guba.com. youtube already deleted all the detective conan episodes there. all was left is the amv's

There's a link below to ZStore.com with Season 1, Volume 4 that contains ep's 22-28. Since Ep. 28 is the 1st of a 2-parter, You also need to get Season 2, Volume 1, which starts with Ep. 28 & has 28 through 33. The official website is also included if you need more.
