How do I fix my wireless internet problem?

I have a Linksys wireless receiver attached to my desktop and my landlord has a Linksys wireless router. I have using his service with few problems the past year until last Sunday when now I get the page not found message no matter what address I type in. It says the wireless signal is good to excellent. It is doing this on both my desktop and my laptop. Any ideas on why it is doing this and how to fix it?

he has instituted the use of an encryption key. You don't have the key, so you can't get in.
