Please help. What will get an ink stain out of light colored, suede material (without bleeding the ink or bleaching the material)? Sofa stain, at least a few hours old.

well suede is a hard material to clean , I can only suggest Methylated spirit it removes ink and grass stain´s , but before you try anything on your sofa I would ask in one of your local furniture shops. they might suggest a liquid or stain remover . no point in wasting your sofa by some of the suggestions you´ll get here

non acetone nailpolish remover. (test on unseen area before) can leave greasy look on suede depending on the type of suede it is. Also, goo gone can work too. (again test on unseen area first)

if you don't want to call a proffessional (1st choice) try hairspray.....good luck!
