Are you trying to get a job as a sex phone operator? Why do you care? It's appealing as far as it's not something like a Margaret or Marjoie. You do realize we can't 'hear' the sound of it over the written word, unless you write the pronunciation like would be in the dictionary. Is it something like Lee-aun- dra? Or Lee-an-dra? The first one sounds better to me.
