Wow, a lot of Enfamil people... I used Similac Advance and my son loved it and did well on it, but every baby is different.

i gave my son omneo comfort cow and gate it helps the digestive system break down the milk easier and fills the baby up and there are only 2 stages 0-6 months and 6- whenever it stops. my boy is 14 months old now and never suffered colic is very healthy and has slept through the night since he was 7 weeks old because he was always safisfied, i'm having another baby in july and can assure you i will be putting him on the same thing its fantastic, little bit more expensive but you only get 2 stages instead of 4 so it tends to be better anyway you can find it in all good supermarkets and boots although smaller shops will not stock it cos its a special one, hope this helps highly recommend

I prefer Enfamil Genltlease formula. Sometimes babies have a tough time breaking down the milk proteins in formula and Gentlease is already partially broken down proteins and is 75% lactose free so it makes for much easier digestion. Not to mention that Enfamil formulas have the highest level of DHA for brain and eye development.
This is still a milk based formula, but is digested. I use it for my son who is 6 months old and we had difficulty with formulas and this one has worked terrific!

i might propose getting help from a proficient expert to get toddler latched on. If it extremely is abosultely no longer accessible, you may pump your milk and feed it to toddler with a bottle. toddlers on breastmilk are by no potential constipated, and your milk is often suited for them. Breastmilk is by a ways the suited food for toddlers in each and every way ... and that i'm hoping you would be prepared to do what it takes to make particular which you provides it on your toddler. (in case you you unwilling to try this, you should stop giving toddler water. If toddler is fairly constipated (no longer undemanding stools), then you will ought to objective distinctive formulation till you discover one he can tolerate. If he's straining/grunting/gassy however the stool is comfortable whilst it comes out, that may no longer constipation, yet a typical newborn getting to understand a thank you to apply his physique. As he gets older he gets greater useful at coordinating those muscular tissues.)

My daughter did great on Enfamil. Enfamil has a higher DHA than Similac but it also all depends on what your baby's little tummy can handle as well. My cousin's daughter can only have Enfamil Soy while my best friend's son has to have Enfamil's Gentle Ease. As you can see we're Enfamil people lol. When my daughter turned 7 mos. the doc said I could try generic Enfamil and my daughter loves it, same stuff but much cheaper! Congrats and best wishes!

depends on the baby with my son we went through ALL of them because we thought he was colic and after we went through ALL the hypoallergenic, soy, and the similiacs, and the Enfamil Lipil ya know what worked? the regular yellow canister of Enfamil with Iron, its a powder with NO lipil and its very basic thats the one that finally worked after months of switching everything. but believe me every baby is different so ull have to just watch for symptoms like food allergies and dont change often like i did give it a couple of weeks to see if one works, of course liek they say though BREAST IF BEST!! i did that for a month before i was in so much pain from it i gave up probably a huge mistake on my aprt but they say the most important stuff for the baby is in the breast milk the first couple weeks so at least try and give that to the baby!!

I think this has always been personal recommendation and personal preference. I used SMA gold and white with all 3 of my now very healthy teenagers from birth to 12 months and had no problems. Speak to your midwife, she can give you more up to date info.

breast milk is the best. But for formula's you need a formula that has enough Iron in it. Infimil or Prosobe. Ask your doctor.
