Timing belt if has not already been replaced maybe some drive belts. normal things like tires and air filter, spark plugs. Hondas are great simple cars that las because of their simplicity. 120,000 miles on a honda is not a lot. Honda if it is a mid 90's honda there is a recall out there that will get you basically a tune up for free granted the car isn't over 125000 and falls under the proper VIN number. You can never go wrong with a honda

other than tires, brakes, and oil changes...our radiator popped a seam and we have had the "rubber band" changed out...that was the most important thing...now we are at 156,000 on a '96

if it has one of those large tin can mufflers you will need to replace that ASAP. also any neon lights or stickers that claim it to be a "type R" should be removed.
