Put it this way: they have an even better shot now that they have Ryan Smyth.
p.s. I agree that Tedly is cool. Not sure where my hubby read it (maybe the Hockey News or a newspaper) that rumours are going around about Mr. Nolan being in the running for Coach of the Year again. AWesome!

If something they are going to be struggling with for that 8th spot, i do no longer see them getting adequate factors to catch the Habs, Flyers, and Senators. those communities are going to win a pair in between if the Islanders are winning, so as that they are going to have a minimum of 80 factors. nevertheless Atlanta isn't playing undesirable the two, i think of they might even take the 8th spot from Boston, yet in basic terms time will tell.

They have more than a shot, they should now get in. If the season ended todayin fact, they would be. True, Carolina and Toronto are close, but those teams have given up more goals than they have scored.....the Islanders the reverse. Smyth may not help as much as everyone seems to think, but he WILL help.

Very much so. With the acquisition of Ryan Smyth, that could be the piece of the puzzle that's been missing for them. They just need to play good, consistant hockey down the stretch run and they'll be in for sure.

Of course they do, they just added Ryan Smyth which should bolster their playoff chances.

Of course they do, and anyone who doesn't think they have a chance at one doesn't pay much attention. The real question is WILL THEY GET ONE. I think they have a pretty good chance at one actually. Who'd a thunk it.
