How far behind in child support before license suspension and/or even arrest is made in Ohio?

I live in Ohio and I have searched the FCCSEA's site and cannot find the answer I am looking for. Father is soon to be 4months behind and I am just trying to get an idea about this and is this something I have to initiate with my case worker. Thank you!

the time you are looking for isnt listed.. its always up to the judge, and usually after they have been warned.

if your caseworker isnt on the ball (or cs dept) then pull rank.

write a letter; in it give your contact info, case number, his info, and the problem of no payment for 4 months. ask why they have not taken his drivers license yet, ask why he is not in jail yet.

then take that ONE letter, and FAX it:
1) your states Attorney General
2) your states Governor
3) your states Regional FEDERAL Child Support Office

if you ever cant find a fax number (most are listed online) then simply call and ask for it. phone calls are useless; they are denied, ignored, or forgotten. mail ends up in someones "to do" pile, but FAXING is effective.

fax it weekly if need be, until this problem is addressed.

I just requested a court date because my childs father is in the arreas for about $2K. I never give up on trying to get what my child needs. So don't give up, if you have to get some legal help then you do that. do what you have to do to get you child support for you child. These men think they can just get away with anything, but i refuse to let that happen. As long as I am living on the earth, my childs father is going to do right by my child.
