Jayktee96 has got it dead right! May i just add that they also incorporate a series of mesh filters in the nozzles thattend to scale up,and require cleaning and de scaling on a fairly regular basis depending on the water hardness in your area. This results in misdirected small sprays that tend to go everywhere except in the sink!As a plumber,i personally think they are just an expensive gimmick and would stick with normal basic taps.
