ok,my hubs got these boots,and they are leaving black marks on the floor.any clues on what i can do to stop this..........apart from bin them

I don't know how to treat the boot, but I do know an easy way to remove the black marks left on the floor... Your tennis shoe soles. If you do the scuff kick thing ontop of the black mark with the bottome of your tennis shoes it comes right up or with little effort. Learned this in the grocery store business.
Method two is the 'magic sponge' by mr clean... they do they same thing.
Do a hints for heloise search as far as treating the shoe itself.

magic eraser will get the marks up, but i don't know what you can do to prevent them from appearing.

Just don't wear them inside.
