Well, we exhale carbon dioxide, so that gives a whole new meaning to the phrase, "motor mouth". Get it taxed, because the Politicians will have to pay more than most, with all the global warming coming out of their mouths as well.

Just as soon as he can 'spin' it that he is saving the planet. If this country has a healthy economy as he constantly maintains why are taxes so high?. Most people(except Brown) know that the more of your earnings you are allowed to keep the harder you work. Since like most politicians he couldn't run a corner shop this basic truth escapes him.

I hear he is in talks with scientists to see if there is any way he can tax the air we breath. So far he has come up with taxing people more who live in a cleaner environment so it's well on its way... no I'm serious, don't laugh...
Also, when he realises how much money he will be losing by the banning of smoking in public places he will be inventing even more ways of sticking his fat greedy little hands into our pockets.

depends on where the person producing the carbon dioxide was born! if its uk, then yes we will be charged, if not then it will be free
