Why do you think he could get 'stiff' and re-offend?
If he was what you horribly refer to as a 'kiddy fiddler'-then accept the bastard is dead and let the poor kids get on with their lives-love to round 'em all up and pour boiling water on their nether regions-straight from a kettle-then set a pack of dobermans on the lot of 'em!!
Just read your update that you were one of the bastard's victims my lovely-god bless ya for confronting it-I apologise for taking the wrong end of the stick-rejoice in the fact the scumbastard is cold and six ft under-and hope he died slow and obscene-there IS a god and he will be judged as the lowlife that he was.If it makes you feel better-then rubbish his memory every time anyone mentions his name-that way people might not remember him with rose tinted glasses.Didn't know him and I'm glad he's dead-wish the rest of his type were too!!
Good luck and god bless you-I hope you find the closure that you deserve my lovely xx

You can apply under The Freedom of Information Act 2001, or the Data Protection Act 1984 & 1998. Good luck with it, and you didn't offend me! I'm assuming you're in the UK by the way.

You will not find out 'the details', only if there was a conviction. Apply to the CRO or SCRO as applicable under Freedom of Information.

What's the point? You just might find out enough to cause further pain to victim. Let dead dogs be.
