He's always peeking over my shoulder at work, reading my questions and answers on Y!A......and now this. Do you think I can sue him? Please....keep your answers brief. He'll be back any second.

Unless the "pink slip" is your notice of termination, then you can complain. You probably wouldn't win anything. However, continue to document, document, document, all such cases of inappropriate behavior. If they ever try to let you go for something, pull out your documentation and demand money!

That's a shame, asking such an upstanding employee to wear a pink slip at work. I'd go after him with all my might if I were you.
