in line with physics... why are there no Young's moduli for liquids and gases?

Because Youngs Modulus of Elasticity is only applicable in solids. Liquids and gasses have no elasticity. How would you do a tensile strength test on water? you cant since it has no tensile strength, the same with gas, and hence no modulus of elasticity, ie Youngs Modulus.
