False. The sum of two sides of a triangle is GREATER than the third side. Don't believe me? Take two straws. Cut one into three unequal pieces and toss one. Use the other straw whole. Now the two small pieces added together will be shorter than the whole straw. Try to make a triangle from these. It's impossible!

it is false, the sum of two sides must be greater than the third side (if the sum of two sides is 12 than the third side must be less than 12, if it is 12 then still it's wrong).
