Yes. Quite a bit as a matter of fact.

The attached link can give you insight to how much snowfall a particular region receives in the winter.

I live in Western Montana, the moutain area. We do get alot of snow here, but not as much as we use to.

Anyway as I was saying the snow fall seems to be less, but the mountain snow fall, which is what they usually go by and the stream flow seems to be almost normal.
