The issue isn't facing problems without getting nervous because the majority of us do. The KEY is HOW you handle the nervousness. That is what you need to tackle.
Learn techniques to keep nervousness in check - taking deep breaths, repeating positive things to yourself about whatever you're about to do. Concentrate on keeping your voice steady, if you've got to speak up. A wonderful way to break ice is to make a joke then tackle what you've got. Always picture yourself resolving the problem successfully.
Pick up a copy of Dr. Vincent Peale's "The Power of Postive Thinking" - it will change your life.
Good luck!

Recognize that what we call problems are nothing more than learning opportunities. If we knew the solution to a problem when it occured, we would not have considered it to be a problem. We go to school and send our kids to school because we understand the more knowledge and understanding we have the easier our journey of life becomes.
Life is just a big school. Unlike our regular schools, dropping out or failing a course in the school of life has substantial.consequenses. The reward for successfully handling the "problems" of life is called happiness. You actually cannot fail a lesson because if you fail to learn, life has a way of giving you the same problem or one similar by which you can learn the necessary lesson over and over. When you do learn the lesson, you move on------------to the next lesson/problem.
