Its very difficult question, these days people only leave jobs because they are etiing 100 or 150% rise without even thinking what will happen to their career after 2 or 3 years. may be they will find another job but is there any sustainable growth in jumping for job to job ? Even i don't know !!!

Because of numerous reasons. I left my job because it was causing me stress and it lowered my self-esteem. My former boss would always call me up at the store and told me that I was the worst employee he ever had ever since he owned the business. Another reason why I left was because he made it more selling when I just gave the customers what they wanted, so it was personal.

I left my job because I want to look after my children. If I still goes to work I think I may lost those little things. Those are far more important than anything else to me. I could put them in daycare and go to work but I don't know I have them because I want them so I'm ready to give up anything to be with them.
